A boozy French caramel apple! This hand-painted gourmet dark chocolate Bonbon is filled with chocolate-blended caramel and Calvados, an apple brandy from Stéphane's native Normandy. This bonbon exudes a complex yet subtle flavor. The center is very creamy and the outer shell is 64% extra bitter tempered dark chocolate.

Incredible bonbon caramels!

LeSaint put together a custom box for me that included these Calvados Caramels - they are amazing! Often caramels just taste like burnt sugar. Not these - LeSaint's Calvados Caramels are complex. You can taste both the delicious dark chocolate and the Calvados apple notes in the caramel. They are beautiful too. I will definitely be returning to purchase these. Very glad I found LeSaint's delicious creations!
