Our unique nougat is a wild honey based confection blended with rose and studded with Iranian pistachios and raspberries. Encased with edible rice paper and dipped in 64% dark chocolate, each piece is individually wrapped making it an extra special gourmet gift.  Above all, it is absolutely delicious!

Nougat Ingredients
Sucrose, glucose, water, local wild honey, egg whites, cocoa butter, dark chocolate couverture (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla), rose extract, raspberries (sunflower oil, calcium chloride), toasted pistachios,  edible rice paper, red coloring (water, propylene glycol, red #40, blue #1) .
